A security deposit of one month’s rent is due upon acceptance of application. Certain pets are allowed with prior approval. A pet deposit of $200 will be assessed. The standard lease term is 6 months, but leases may be extended after 6 months. A broken lease fee of $500 will be assessed for any lease terminated by the tenant prior to the end date.
